Each Bedsitting room is tastefully furnished and decorated and includes double glazing and an aerial and telephone socket. The property has a Government licence, is fully fire alarmed and has good security.
Rooms are upgraded and redecorated on a regular basis and cleaned to a high standard before each new tenant.
The House has been in the same ownership since 1988 and is personally managed. My aim is to provide a quiet, clean, comfortable HOME for every tenant and for this reason great care is taken in selecting suitable tenants.
Each room has its own kitchen within the room, consisting of a full size cooker, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stainless steel sink and drainer and several cupboards.
One ground floor bedsitting room has a separate kitchen (2 rooms) and it's own entrance.
There is also one fully self contained Studio Flat with a balcony on the 2nd floor which has been completely refurbished in Nov/Dec 2019
Although fully furnished, provision can sometimes be made if you wish to bring your own bed and small items of furniture.
There are 3 shared bathrooms and a separate toilet, providing a total of 3 toilets, 3 showers and a bath.
All communal areas are cleaned twice a week.
The rent which is payable in advance includes the Council tax, water rates and lighting in all areas, plus FREE WI-FI.
A deposit and references are required. Deposits are fully protected.
